Custom software and business automation

Custom tools, integrations and automation to reduce repetitive work. We review the process and agree on a proportionate solution.

Tools shaped around the way you work: organising information, connecting systems and reducing repetitive tasks without unnecessary complexity.

For businesses that need something more specific than a website: an internal dashboard, a workflow, an integration or a tool for a particular process.

What the solution can include

  • Review of the current process and definition of the expected outcome.
  • Internal tool, dashboard or automation with clearly scoped functions.
  • Integration with services that provide compatible technical access.
  • Validation and error handling for the agreed cases.
  • Tests with sample workflows and guidance for use or setup.

What I need to advise you

  • The steps in your current process and where time is lost or errors occur.
  • Sample documents and data, anonymised wherever possible.
  • The tools involved and their integration documentation.
  • Approximate volume, users, permissions and operating requirements.

How we work

/01

Understand the process

We review the task, its exceptions and the limits of the current systems.

/02

Test the solution

We build in stages and validate with representative examples.

/03

Put it to work

We agree rollout, documentation and any support needs.

Common questions

Can you connect the tools I already use?

We first check for an API, export or another compatible access method. Each service’s limits determine which integrations are feasible.

Do I need to automate the whole process?

No. We can start with one task and keep human review for steps requiring judgement or approval.

A clear scope

Not every service allows integrations. Feasibility is checked before committing to a function. Data migration or cleaning, licences, hosting, ongoing monitoring and later changes must be included in the scope when needed.
