1. Who processes your data

2. Data, purpose and legal basis

The form collects your name, email address, message and consent to respond to your enquiry and continue the conversation you request. Processing is based on your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time by emailing the address above. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing. The form’s required fields are necessary to handle your enquiry; without them it cannot be submitted.

Your details will not be used to subscribe you to advertising. Please avoid including sensitive information or unnecessary data about other people. There is no profiling or automated decision-making with legal effects.

3. Security and technical data

The server may process connection data, including IP address, time and requested resource, to provide the service and prevent abuse, based on the legitimate interest in maintaining security (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). The form uses an identifier derived from the IP address to limit submissions over a 15-minute window. Messages are not stored in a website database.

4. Retention

Correspondence is retained as needed to handle the enquiry and for up to 12 months after it is closed, unless you request earlier deletion. If a contractual relationship or legal obligation arises, the relevant retention periods apply and access will be restricted where required. Submission-limiting identifiers expire after 15 minutes and are removed on the next form request. Hosting logs are retained for the security periods set by the provider.

5. Providers and international transfers

IONOS provides hosting and email transport, and Gmail (Google) is the receiving mailbox. These providers may access data as necessary to provide their services, under the applicable terms. Data may also be disclosed when legally required. Your data is not sold.

Google may process data outside the European Economic Area. Transfers are governed, where applicable, by adequacy decisions and other GDPR safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses. 6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable, and withdraw your consent, by emailing israel.lajara@gmail.com. Additional information to verify your identity will only be requested when necessary. You may also lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
